One of our primary objectives is to ensure that Members have access to independent consultation and representation in matters pertaining to the Collective Agreement.

If you have any questions or concerns relating to the Collective Agreement, please use the form below to get in touch or make an appointment with Kim Smith, your Labour Relations Officer.

Kim Smith is available to provide all BVCFA Members with confidential consultation on an as-needed basis.

Please consult the Faculty Association Calendar to confirm Kim’s schedule. Virtual meeting requests can be made or in-office meeting requests can be accommodated in the fall.
