Odd Years:
President
Vice President – Professional Affairs (PAC)
Treasurer
Academic Council Representative X 3, plus 1 alternate
Board of Governors position is elected for approval by the Minister of Advanced Education for a 2-3 year term

It is recommended to use the emailed PDF nomination form.
All signers of this form MUST be logged into the BVCFA members’ area of the website before filling out the form then proceed by following the step-by-step instructions.
A step-by-step guide to the form:
- The nominee should complete and sign the form first.
- After the nominee signs the form, scroll down and select the “Save & Continue Later” option.
- Email yourself or copy the link to the form, and then send it, along with the nominee’s form link, to the first association member supporting your nomination.
- As the second, third, and fourth signers, respectively, each person should open the link they’re sent, select “Save & Continue Later,” sign the form, and then send the form to the next person in line.
- Once the last person signs and completes the form, you can save and continue and send the link back to the original nominee for the attachment of their biographies and headshot submissions.
P.S The nominee must attach their biography and headshot and click “Submit”
